Job summary

NORTHERN SOLAR SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to inspect construction sites and lead the electrical/engineering team in solar energy projects. You will ensure progress, safety compliance, and coordination with subcontractors and Project Engineers.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, a Diploma/SPM in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and willingness to travel. Knowledge of safety regulations and blueprints is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Certified Chargeman/Wireman will be a plus point.
• Experience in Solar Energy Industry will be added advantage.
• Good Time Management & Planning.
• Possess own transport & willing to heavy traveling.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure the projects progress
