Job summary

NORTHERN SOLAR SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction sites and direct the team and subcontractors. You will monitor progress, enforce safety, and coordinate with Project Engineers to ensure design, safety, and budget alignment.

The role requires a diploma or SPM in electrical engineering, 2+ years of experience, and willingness to travel across Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan. Solar industry exposure is a plus in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Certified Chargeman/Wireman will be a plus point.
• Experience in Solar Energy Industry will be added advantage.
• Good Time Management & Planning.
• Possess own transport & willing to heavy traveling.
• Will cover Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan area.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure the projects progress
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors
• Monitor site progress and update promptly to Project Engineers
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
• Work with Site Safety Supervisor to handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
• Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
