Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Graduating in 2025 or 2026.
• 0-1 year of experience; internship in B2B sales, solar, or electrical industry is a strong plus.
• Based in Malaysia or holding valid work authorization.
• Fluent in English; Malay/Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Collection: Learn and assist in achieving assigned sales and collection targets, understand end-to-end lead-to-cash process.
• Channel Management: Support in recruiting, developing, and enabling local distributors; joint visits, training, and incentive execution to drive sell-out.
• Customer Development: Shadow senior sales to identify and convert C&I/EPC end customers and build long-term relationships.
• Market Execution: Participate in on-ground promotion activities in industrial parks; collect market and competitor intelligence.
