Proksi Wawasan Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking fresh graduates to join our growing solar energy team. You will receive training and guidance to develop skills in solar PV consultations, site assessments and customer engagements.

You will work on real projects, visit sites, assist with installation and testing, and help prepare reports and documentation. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is expected; Mandarin is an advantage.

What You'll Be Doing

Meet and consult with residential and commercial customers to assess their energy consumption and recommend suitable solar PV systems based on their needs and budget.

Conduct site visits, technical assessments and support project implementation activities.

Assist in solar PV installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, drawings and project-related submissions.

Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions during project execution.

Support continuous improvement of engineering processes, systems and project performance.

What We're Looking For

Good communication skills applicants are welcome.

Experience or interest in solar PV systems will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, electrical principles or electrical installations will be an added advantage.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for engaging Mandarin-speaking customers.

Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Training and guidance will be provided.
