Job summary

Sungrow in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of solar PV and energy storage projects, from initiation through to delivery. You will coordinate with project owners, EPC contractors, and internal teams, tracking timelines, risks, changes, and progress across all stages.

Strong English is required; Mandarin is an advantage. Willingness to travel and hold a driving license is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination/management, preferably within solar PV/energy storage or related manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and coordination skills; able to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams.
Good English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Holds a valid driving license and able to accommodate travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project initiation, planning, and requirements with project owner and EPC contractor.
Track risks, changes, milestones, and deliverables; provide status updates to stakeholders.
Liaise with HQ factory for FAT coordination and drive issue resolution to closure.
Support technical and commercial discussions with customers during delivery discussions.
Coordinate delivery, shipment documentation, and handover to After-Sales/Service team.
Work with internal factory, quality, logistics, and service teams to resolve project issues.
