Sinar Volta Sdn. Bhd. seeks a dynamic Project & Business Development Manager/Engineer to drive growth in the solar PV and BESS sector in Malaysia. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and support design and implementation of solar-plus-storage projects.

The role requires 2+ years in renewables, a technical/finance mindset, and strong Malay & English communication. Travel for meetings and site visits is expected, with competitive salary and performance incentives.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or engineering within solar PV or renewable energy.
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate financial models and project viability.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BESS and solar PV sector across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders, partners, government agencies, and industry associations.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in technical evaluation of solar PV + storage projects, including feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop proposals, financial models, and project reports using Grid-Zero approach.
• Support tender, RFPs, and permit applications for solar PV + energy storage projects.
• Present technical and business solutions to clients with clear value propositions.
• Stay ahead in BESS and Solar PV technologies with innovative thinking.
• Assist in post-sales activities including project coordination and client support.
