DJR Power Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Solar/Electrical Projects Lead to oversee solar PV installations at site locations in Malaysia. Electrical experience is required; Electronic/Electronics experience is not considered relevant for this position.
Strong knowledge of solar PV installation, electrical systems, testing, commissioning, and site execution.
Proven experience managing and coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and site activities.
Strong project planning, problem solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Able to read and understand electrical drawings, Single-Line Diagrams (SLD), and project specifications.
Able to work independently, manage multiple project requirements, and meet tight deadlines.
Willing to travel and be based at project sites when required.
Relevant electrical/solar certifications or qualifications will be an added advantage.

Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
Supervise and coordinate electrical and solar installation activities at project sites.
Ensure proper deployment and utilization of manpower, equipment, tools, and materials.
Monitor project costs, material usage, and site resources to minimize wastage and unnecessary expenses.
Identify project risks, technical issues, and site problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
Conduct site meetings and provide regular project progress updates to HQ and management.
Review technical drawings, project specifications, method statements, and installation requirements.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities.
Ensure all works comply with relevant safety, quality, and electrical requirements.
Prepare project reports, progress reports, and other required documentation.
Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets project requirements and quality standards.
Ensure projects are completed within the agreed scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
