Primarily engage in end-to-end solar project management and engineering design work.
Lead the entire project execution, including planning and monitoring the delivery for every implementation phase, from engineering design to construction and testing & commissioning stage.
Prepare all project-related documentation, including client contract, progress report and documents required for project approval by government agencies.
Liaise with suppliers for product procurement and delivery.
In charge of site preparation and management, including producing construction schedule, managing site meetings with clients and sub-contractors, and supervising contractor’s system installation work in accordance with approved drawings and relevant engineering / industry standards, along with all necessary HSE requirements.
Arrange for testing & commissioning, and handover documentation assessment.
Provide professional and quality engineering and project management services to clients throughout project lifecycle, including periodic reporting and technical consultancy for clients.
In charge of project milestones follow up – triggering billing on each project milestones and payment collection.
Assist and provide technical guidance to project engineers on-site issues, including troubleshooting system performance, reviewing installation quality, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project timelines.
