Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical leadership in electrical/renewable energy, solar PV experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex end-to-end projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power, solar PV design, and local regs.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct full project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Review engineering designs, specs, and method statements.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Lead root-cause analysis and cost optimization with Sales.
