Job summary

• Job Position: Manager, Operations & Project Delivery

The Role

Lead our Operations & Project Delivery team to oversee the end-to-end execution of Solar PV, BESS, and electrical projects. As a key technical leader, you will drive engineering excellence, optimize departmental resources, and ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution: Direct the full project lifecycle, from engineering design and resource planning through to installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Technical Oversight: Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, equipment specifications, and method statements for LV/MV electrical and solar PV systems.

Compliance & Quality: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards, establish robust operational procedures, and ensure full compliance with local authorities (ST, SEDA, TNB).

Leadership & Strategy: Manage team performance, lead root-cause analysis for site issues, and collaborate with Sales to optimize costs and support technical proposals.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of technical leadership experience in the electrical or renewable energy sector, specifically handling Solar PV systems.

Proven track record of managing technical teams and successfully delivering complex, end-to-end projects.

Deep expertise in electrical power, solar PV system design, and local regulatory requirements.

Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and authorities.
