Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and office tasks.
• Prepare, organise and maintain company documents and records.
• Assist with quotations, invoices and other administrative documentation.
• Perform data entry, filing and document management.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and schedules.
• Assist the sales and project teams with administrative matters.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments when required.
• Assist with basic follow-ups and coordination through phone and WhatsApp.
• Ensure administrative records and documents are properly maintained.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
