Job summary

Towam Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to install software, diagnose faults, and support manufacturing operations in Penang. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and travel for local assignments is expected.

The role requires PLC programming experience, knowledge of schematics and assembly drawings, and the ability to multi-task under deadlines while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct software installation and confirm customer specifications of machines.
• Perform diagnostic checks on systems, isolate the problem, and provide solutions.
• Manage and coordinate jobs to meet manufacturing schedule.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing department.
• Prepare operation manuals and train users/customers.
• Compile machine data and report machine status after job completion.
• Provide timely reports to the section manager or department head.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
