Job summary

Towam Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an Electrical Engineer with a Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome. You will handle electrical and automation reliability, draw and update electrical drawings with AutoCad, prepare BOMs, and ensure correct ordering of controllers and equipment.

You will provide technical advice across departments, support sourcing and cost-down initiatives, and report progress to the section manager. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for electrical, automation performance and reliability of the projects.
• To draw, amend, revise and update drawings of electrical by using AutoCad.
• Prepare BOM list and ensure the controllers and electrical equipment are being ordered correctly.
• Provide technical advice and solution to other departments on tasks such as sourcing, cost down and training.
• Provide timely reports to section manager or department head.
