Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• PCBA debugging experience preferred.
• Electronics-related qualification welcome for applicants with no experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities

• Support new project start-up and engineering change implementation.
• Assist in new manufacturing processes, material studies, and DOE.
• Assist investigation and resolution of engineering issues.
• Support technical evaluation for alternative part sourcing.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documents: BOM, procedures, work instructions, control plans, FMEA, process flowcharts, specifications, and drawings.
• Support manufacturing requirements including cycle time, UPH, line setup, manpower, testing instructions, software, tools, jigs, fixtures, equipment, IC programming, packaging, yield, and mechanical parts.
• Support process and tool validation activities.
• Follow company information security policies and requirements.
• Support EMS compliance and ISO 14001 environmental improvement initiatives.
