Job summary

Ray Tech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team designing and maintaining software for advanced X-ray inspection equipment and AI-enabled industrial solutions.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to deliver innovative technologies for customers worldwide, writing clean, well-documented code in C++/C# and contributing to software platform documentation and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in C++ and/or C# software development.
• Strong experience developing software for industrial equipment, automation systems, or machine control using C++ and C#.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize software for X-ray inspection equipment to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications for X-ray inspection equipment in accordance with project requirements and technical directions provided by leader.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using the latest programming languages and frameworks.
• Test and debug software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software offerings.
• Responsible for the documentation of the software platform.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the leader.

Requirements:
