Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, Information System or equivalent.
• Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell script, and Python script.
• Well verse in English and Chinese communication both reading and writing.
• Final Year Last Semester Students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
• Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business Operation, System Upgrading.
• Responsible for preparation, creation and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
• Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
• Provide the high-quality service for the clients to meet win-win cooperation.
• Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.

Software Delivery Engineer (Intern & Fresh Grads)

This role focuses on software application support within the telecommunication industry. You will be involved in system configuration, upgrades, and technical support to ensure smooth business operations, while also assisting in integration and troubleshooting with external vendors. Although the projects are in the telecom domain, the responsibilities are more software-oriented (SQL, scripting, system support) rather than pure networking.
