Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, information systems or equivalent.
• Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell scripting, and Python scripting.
• Well developed communication in English and Chinese (reading and writing).
• Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and quickly learn new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
• Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business Operation, System Upgrading.
• Responsible for preparation, creation and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
• Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
• Provide high-quality service for clients to meet win-win cooperation.
