Job summary

Victual is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to lead our brand on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Shopee, crafting engaging content and driving live commerce.

You will run data-driven campaigns, manage live sessions, grow our online community, and leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and strategy. This fast-paced, sales-driven role fits extroverts who can convert followers into customers and collaborate across teams in Bandar Bukit Puchong.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or live hosting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
• Create on-brand content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Shopee; posting, live sessions, filming, design.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with followers; respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Track KPIs and ROI; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead TikTok and Shopee live sessions; optimize GMV.
• Leverage AI platforms to accelerate content creation and strategy.
• Stay updated on new tools and best practices.
