Job summary

Tuck min medical hall sdn bhd in Malaysia is seeking a full-time Social Media & E-commerce Executive to support daily online operations and strengthen our digital presence. You will manage Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms, including product photography, descriptions, pricing, and listings, as well as content shooting and posting across TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, E-commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with hands-on experience managing social media or e-commerce platforms will be given preference.
• Familiar with major social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Able to use Canva and CapCut for basic graphic design and video editing.
• Basic skills in photography, short-form video production, content creation, and product presentation.
• Creative, responsible, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube.
• Manage and update e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Take product photos and prepare product information, descriptions, pricing, and listings for online platforms.
• Create, structure, and publish engaging social media and digital content.
• Support short-form video production, including content shooting, basic editing, and uploading.
• Adapt visual and content presentation according to different platforms, audiences, and communication needs.
• Support online marketing campaigns, promotions, and other digital activities.
• Monitor content, campaign, and operational progress and address issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate information clearly and accurately in a professional setting.

You will also support content shooting, photography, video editing, and content uploads across platforms such as TikTok Shop, while helping to maintain and regularly update the company's social media channels. This is a hands-on role suitable for someone with relevant working experience who is creative, organised, proactive, responsible, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day digital and e-commerce tasks.
