Qualifications

• Familiarity with product listings, content optimization, and customer service online.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook and XHS.
• Operate and manage Shopee and Lazada Seller Centers including product uploads and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate product listings with consistent brand visuals.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate logistics for online orders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust marketing and pricing strategies.
• Plan and develop short video content with engaging concepts.
• Involve in video production, editing and post-production to create appealing content.
• Monitor social media performance to increase engagement and followers.
