Job summary

MSI Pacific International Holding Co – Selangor is seeking an e-Commerce Executive to support Marketing and Sales in online activities across Shopee, Lazada, and the company’s digital platforms. You will help manage campaigns, pricing, and content while ensuring stock health and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with marketing and design to produce banners and teasers, maintain listings, and analyze feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in e-commerce, preferably Lazada and Shopee.
• Experience in IT/electronics industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving with flexible solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent in English and Malay; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-Commerce activities for online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, internal platform).
• Communicate with platform vendors (Shopee, Lazada) for technical concerns or inquiries.
• Assist with campaign strategy, marketing, and pricing end-to-end.
• Maintain stock levels by tracking movement and updating SKUs.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create banners and teasers.
• Assist Sales in tracking online sales and preparing weekly/monthly reports.
• Analyze consumer feedback and provide recommendations for customer satisfaction.
• Complete any additional ad-hoc activities as needed.
