VTech Communications Ltd seeks a skilled SMT Operator to operate and maintain Fuji NXT and AOI systems, ensuring precise solder paste deposition and mounted components.

You will set up printers, troubleshoot line issues, perform preventive maintenance, document results, and assist during quality audits, with diploma preferred and 1 year Fuji NXT experience.

Formación

• Hands-on Fuji NXT machine experience (1 year preferred).
• Manufacturing field experience (2 years preferred).
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain Fuji NXT SMT machines
• Setup and align screen printers to ensure accurate solder paste deposition
• Troubleshoot real-time SMT line issues including pickup errors, misalignment, and solder defects
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend machine lifespan
• Operate AOI systems to inspect solder paste and mounted components
• Perform defect analysis and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with engineers
• Document inspection results and assist during quality audits

Nexim software
