Job summary

I Jaya Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a production operator in Kulai to operate and monitor SMT production lines, set up machines and feeders, and perform changes and line setups. You will support engineers in process improvements and ensure quality through strict SOP, safety, and record-keeping practices.

The role offers a rotating shift with a Mandarin language advantage as a plus. The candidate will work with manufacturing teams to maintain process parameters and report issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SMT production machines.
• Set up machines and feeders for production.
• Perform product changeover and line setup.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and process problems.
• Monitor solder paste printing, placement, and reflow processes.
• Check and maintain process parameters.
• Support engineers in process improvement activities.
• Identify and report production or quality issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Follow SOP, ESD, safety, and quality requirements.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and trial runs.
• Maintain production and process records.
• Rotating Shift
• Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage.
