Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to solicit and market loan and related products to sole-proprietors, partnerships, and professional bodies. You will build networks with professionals and associations to grow the customer base and drive cross-selling of bundled products, generating fee-based income while delivering excellent after-sales service.

Training will be provided for recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven with a focus on customer service
• Ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders
• Organized and meticulous
• Graduates with no working experience are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and market loan and products to sole-props, partnerships and professional bodies.
• Build networking and establish relationship with professionals and business associations to acquire new customer base.
• To drive bundling cross-selling and generate fee-based income products.
• Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after-sales service.
• Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Emerging Business umbrella from time to time.
