Role Description
The SME Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Labuan, Malaysia. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients by providing tailored banking solutions, including lending, deposits, trade finance, and cash management products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting credit assessments, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely follow-up on applications and documentation. The SME Relationship Manager will build long-term relationships through regular client engagement, addressing financial needs, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
