Drive the marketing, solicitation, and retention of business deposits at branches, leveraging telemarketing and lead generation to target Small Medium Enterprise clients.
Engage actively in cross-selling a range of the bank's products and services, including business loans, wealth management solutions, structured deposits, credit cards, and more.
Contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns and activities to effectively promote our products and services.
Maximize customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Cultivate and nurture long‑term business relationships with Business Deposits clients.
Generate valuable leads and referrals for other sales teams or departments, expanding opportunities beyond the immediate scope.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in Sales within Financial Services (e.g., insurance, unit trust), preferably at the Senior Executive level
Excellent communication skills in English and BM; additional language proficiency is a plus
Proven ability to write compelling credit proposals in English
In‑depth knowledge of banking products and services, with strong interpersonal skills to engage across all levels
Highly motivated, sales driven and willing to travel
