Job summary

CIMB Bank Malaysia seeks a results-oriented Sales Executive to drive marketing, solicitation and retention of business deposits across branches. You will leverage telemarketing and lead generation to target SME clients and actively cross-sell banking products, including loans, wealth management and cards.

You will write compelling English credit proposals, participate in marketing campaigns, and strive to maximise reach, product visibility and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is required.
• Strong sales background in financial services and cross-selling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing, solicitation and retention of business deposits across branches using telemarketing and lead generation for SME clients.
• Cross-sell a range of banking products including loans, wealth management, deposits and cards to business clients.
• Contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns and activities to boost product visibility and customer reach.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with Business Deposits clients and generate referrals for other teams.
