SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to identify and penetrate SME and Key Accounts in Johor, Malaysia, via cold calling, networking and field visits. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, develop territory plans, monitor market trends, and provide accurate forecasts for regional leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting SME or Key Accounts segment.
• Proven track record of managing a specific geographic territory and a deep understanding of the local business culture and economic landscape.
• Strong hunter mentality with a high degree of resilience.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and data-driven sales tracking.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region (up to 50-70% of the time) with own vehicle for outstation

Responsabilités

• Identify and penetrate new SME market segments and key accounts within the assigned region through cold calling, networking and field visits
• Manage full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
• Develop and execute a monthly or quarterly territory plan to maximize market coverage
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and local economic shifts to pivot sales tactics effectively
• Act as a trusted consultant for SME clients and key accounts, helping them to scale by leveraging products and services
• Maintain a high level of client retention by conducting periodic check-ins and identifying upselling opportunities
• Maintain meticulous records of all lead activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in the CRM
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts to regional leadership
