Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a capable SME Relationship Manager to oversee an assigned SME portfolio, aiming to meet personal and business centre targets and to cross-sell the bank's products and services. The role emphasizes acquiring quality loan and deposit customers while executing business plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management skills
Basic understanding of financial accounts
Banking know-how with credit knowledge is preferred
Able to work independently and under pressure
Resourceful and result-oriented

Responsibilities

To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to: Trade, Forex, Cash Management Solutions.
