Job summary

Alliance Bank is seeking a capable Banking professional to manage an SME portfolio in Malaysia. You will focus on meeting targets, cross-selling banking solutions, and acquiring quality loan and deposit customers.

The role requires minimum 2 years in Commercial/SME lending, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of financial accounts.
• Banking know-how with credit knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
• To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
• To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
• To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
• To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
• To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities including by not limited to Trade, Forex & Cash Management Solutions
