KZ Management Advisory Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Executive to join our SME-focused firm.

You will handle bookkeeping, prepare financial statements and management reports, manage client invoicing and cash flow, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements. The role offers flexible hours, WFH option with approval, medical benefits, and performance-based bonuses. A degree in accounting with ACCA/CPA is preferred; one year of experience is an advantage;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or a Professional Certificate (ACCA, CPA).
• Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and bookkeeping.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of clients' financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management accounts, and other accounting reports for clients.
• Manage clients' daily financial operations, including invoicing, receipts/payments, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, direct and indirect tax requirements, and other statutory obligations.
