Job summary

CDNetworks Malaysia is seeking a highly energetic SME Sales Representative to join our SEA Enterprise Sales team. You will initiate sales cycles within your territory, learn the fundamentals of our sales process, and demonstrate the CDNW platform to prospective buyers.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will generate meetings via calls, email and social media, work to hit KPI targets, and coordinate with the sales team to convert opportunities. Mandarin is an advantage; Malaysians only.

Qualifications

• Malaysians only.
• Degree or equivalent required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in sales or customer-facing role, with a focus on telesales or inside sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling/outbound activities.
• Strong problem-solving to handle questions and objections.

Responsibilities

• Generate meetings through phone calls, email, and social media activities.
• Work towards meeting KPI objectives, focusing on telesales targets and conversion rates.
• Deliver our value proposition and differentiation points.
• Demonstrate the CDNW platform to prospective buyers.
• Schedule and manage meetings with potential buyers while coordinating with the sales team.
• Attend sales meetings, vendor training, meet-ups, and local tradeshows to stay current with the industry.
