Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned sales leader to develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. You will lead, coach and manage the sales team to achieve KPIs and build a healthy pipeline covering new business, renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives, revenue targets and growth plans.
Lead, coach and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
Establish clear sales targets, performance measures, account ownership and regular performance reviews.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline covering new business, renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Improve sales forecasting accuracy and provide timely pipeline, revenue and performance reports to Management.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, strategic partnerships and solution offerings.
Lead major enterprise and government sales engagements from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, senior management, partners and relevant industry stakeholders.
Oversee the preparation of proposals, tenders, quotations, presentations and commercial submissions.
Ensure pricing and commercial proposals achieve the required revenue and profitability objectives.
Strengthen customer retention by proactively managing renewals, service concerns and long-term account development.
Work closely with Service Delivery, Product, Project, Technical, Finance, Legal, Governance and Customer Support teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
Ensure all sales activities, commitments and proposals comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and governance requirements.
Monitor market developments, customer needs, competitors and emerging technologies to support business planning.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry engagements, conferences and business networking events.
Promote a high-performance sales culture based on accountability, collaboration, integrity and customer focus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, including a minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership position.
Proven track record in achieving enterprise sales targets and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Strong experience managing complex and consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience in government, financial services, telecommunications, technology or large enterprise accounts is preferred.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate pricing, margins, contractual commitments and business risks.
Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, manage pipelines and produce reliable sales forecasts.
Strong leadership, coaching and performance-management capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
