Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a User Engagement Advocate SMB in Malaysia to nurture and grow our SMB and e-commerce customer base. You will manage the post-purchase journey, drive adoption, and pursue expansion opportunities while collaborating with Product Sales, Success, and Marketing teams.

You will engage users from onboarding, deliver value, and build long-lasting relationships, occasionally visiting user sites to ensure success and renewals in a hybrid role across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales function.
• Excellent active listening and written communication skills, able to present information via phone and email.
• Ability to problem-solve and propose data-driven solutions to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth for SMBs, focusing on post-purchase adoption and expansion.
• Build and nurture strong relationships from onboarding onwards; be the bridge between users and solutions.
• Organize onboarding sessions and craft recap emails; identify opportunities for new relationships.
