Job summary

EMAX Beauté International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Slimming & Wellness Manager to lead a retail beauty and wellness team across multiple centres. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities include daily centre operations, visual merchandising, analyzing trends, and collaborating on promotions and product launches. A minimum of 3 years in beauty management is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry required.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven; able to work retail shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily center operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance within the beauty & wellness retail environment

Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.

Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beauty consultations and by building long-term customer relationships

Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve results

Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and in-store hygiene in line with brand guidelines

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally

Collaborate with internal staffs and SD / GSM to support business objectives, promotions, and product launches

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff

Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required

Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong team player mindset

Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
