Marie France Bodyline Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Engagement Executive to connect with customers via WhatsApp, social media and online enquiries, guiding them to the right facial treatments and converting leads into bookings. No cold calling; all leads are provided.

You will respond to inquiries, recommend services, follow up on leads, arrange appointments and maintain records. Training will be provided and there are opportunities for career growth within a friendly, supportive

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer systems.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused and results-driven.
• Sales experience is advantageous but training is provided.
• Interest in beauty/skincare is a big plus.

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and website.
• Understand customer needs and recommend facial and hair services.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
• Arrange appointments for the sales/consultant team.

About the Role

Love interacting with people and helping them look and feel their best? Join our team as a Customer Engagement Executive, where you'll connect with customers through WhatsApp, social media, and online enquiries-guiding them to the right facial treatments and converting leads into bookings.

No cold calling required-all leads are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & website

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable facial and hair services

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments

Arrange appointments for the sales/consultant team

Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally

Maintain and update customer records, reports & databases

Support the sales team with coordination and admin tasks

What We're Looking For

Good communication skills (English + BM; Able to converse, read & write in Mandarin is a plus)

Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media & basic computer systems

Positive attitude, customer-focused and results-driven
