Emax Beaute International is seeking a passionate Slimming & Wellness Manager to lead our beauty retail team in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized beauty consultations.

We are looking for a proven leader with experience in beauty or wellness, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to collaborate on promotions and product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required.
• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong team player mindset.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
