Emax Corporate in Johor Bahru is seeking a passionate Slimming Manager to lead a beauty and wellness center. You will drive sales, coach a retail team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences through personalized beauty consultations and relationship-building.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, at least 3 years in a Beauty Manager role, and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
