Job summary

Join EMAX Beauté International Sdn Bhd as a Slimming Manager in Klang City. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a passionate team while ensuring high operational standards in our beauty retail environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position within the beauty and wellness industry, along with strong leadership and customer service skills. You will also engage with customers through consultations and build long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within the beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily center operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance within the beauty & wellness retail environment

Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.

Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beauty consultations and by building long-term customer relationships

Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve results

Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and in-store hygiene in line with brand guidelines

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally

Collaborate with internal staffs and SD / GSM to support business objectives, promotions, and product launches

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff

Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required

Good communication skills with the ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong team player mindset

Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
