Job summary

Emax Corporate in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Slimming Consultant to deliver professional slimming consultations and treatments, and promote our beauty products. You will advise on suitable programmes and home-care products while ensuring excellent service throughout the slimming journey.

In this role you will meet sales targets by promoting packages and memberships, conduct body analyses, and provide aftercare guidance. Join our team to support client goals with high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in beauty, slimming, skincare, or body care.
• SPM qualification; cosmetology or beauty therapy certificates are an advantage.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn, work in a team, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional slimming consultations and treatments.

As a Slimming Consultant, you will provide professional slimming consultations and treatments, recommend suitable slimming programmes, and promote beauty products and treatment packages to achieve sales targets. You will ensure customers receive excellent service and personalized care throughout their slimming journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Welcome customers and provide a pleasant experience.

• Understand customers’ slimming goals and needs.

• Follow up with customers after treatments to maintain good relationships.

2. Consultation and Recommendations

• Conduct body analysis and assess customers’ slimming needs.

• Recommend suitable slimming treatments, programmes, and home-care products.

• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare advice.

3. Sales Performance

• Promote and sell slimming packages, beauty products, and memberships.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to outlet sales performance.

• Recommend suitable follow-up treatments based on customers’ needs and progress.

4. Slimming Treatments

• Perform slimming treatments according to company SOPs.

• Ensure customers are comfortable and understand the treatment process.

• Monitor treatment progress and provide appropriate aftercare advice.

5. Customer Follow-up and Complaint Handling

• Collect customer feedback and monitor treatment satisfaction.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and follow company guidelines.

• Maintain accurate customer records, treatment progress, and sales transactions.

6. Outlet Operations and Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in consultation and treatment rooms.

• Ensure treatment equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained.

• Assist with daily outlet operations and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty, slimming, skincare, or body care industry.

• SPM qualification; cosmetology or beauty therapy certificates are an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
