Job summary

EMAX Beauté International Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passionate Slimming Manager to lead a high-performing beauty team. You will oversee daily center operations, mentor staff, and push sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will deliver personalized consultations, monitor performance metrics, ensure visual merchandising standards, and collaborate with internal teams to support promotions and product launches. Retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong team player mindset
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
