Job summary

EMAX Beauté International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Slimming Manager to lead a beauty & wellness retail team and drive sales across our centres.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, ensure top-tier customer service through personalized consultations, and execute growth strategies while maintaining brand standards and in-store presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Beauty Manager or in a senior retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership and the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are an advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Customer-focused with interpersonal skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beauty consultations and by building long-term customer relationships
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve results
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and in-store hygiene in line with brand guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal staffs and SD / GSM to support business objectives, promotions, and product launches

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong team player mindset
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
