Job summary

Grundfos Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics Warehouse Operator to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods to ensure seamless supply chain flow. The role requires hands-on forklift experience, meticulous stock control, and collaboration with production and logistics to resolve material flow challenges.

Qualifications

• Hands-on forklift experience and attention to safety.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to receive, store, and dispatch goods safely and efficiently.
• Perform picking, packing, and shipping activities in accordance with daily production and order schedules.
• Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of materials following safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and resolve supply issues.

As a key part of the Supply Chain - Logistics & Warehousing team, you'll create impact by Ensuring the reliable and efficient movement of materials that keeps our production lines running and our customers satisfied.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to receive, store, and dispatch goods safely and efficiently
• Perform picking, packing, and shipping activities in accordance with daily production and order schedules
