Job summary

Grundfos Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics Warehouse Operator to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods to ensure seamless supply chain flow. You will be part of a diverse team that emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on forklift experience, meticulous stock control, and collaboration with production and logistics to resolve material flow challenges.

Qualifications

• Hands-on forklift experience and attention to safety.
• Experience with receiving, storing, picking, and shipping goods.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to receive, store, and dispatch goods safely and efficiently.
• Perform picking, packing, and shipping activities in accordance with daily production and order schedules.
• Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of materials following safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and resolve supply issues.
