Job summary

Nakano Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Surveyor to perform surveying, setting-out and levelling for construction projects. You will verify RLs, site levels and coordinates, ensuring accuracy per drawings and requirements.

The role requires at least a Diploma in Surveying or related fields with 4+ years of land/site surveying experience. The position involves nationwide site work, with accommodation provided for outstation staff where applicable.

Job description

Carry out site surveying, setting-out and levelling works for construction projects.

Check and verify site levels, dimensions, coordinates and setting-out points according to construction drawings.

Ensure surveying works are accurate and completed according to project requirements.

Maintain and ensure proper condition of all surveying and measuring equipment at site.

Check construction drawings and revisions related to surveying works.

Assist the project team in site inspections and coordinate surveying matters with relevant site personnel.

Education Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, Building Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in land/site surveying, preferably in the construction industry.

Familiar with land surveying and construction setting-out works.

Working Conditions

Applicants must be willing to work at project sites nationwide. Currently, we are looking to hire this position for our Kulim project. Accommodation will be provided by the Company for outstation staff.

Official working hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants must be willing to commit to working beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays.

12 months contract duration(with potential for extension or renewal).
