Job summary

Pembinaan Infrastruktur OKH Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our construction team. This full-time role focuses on precise land and site measurements, regulatory compliance, and producing accurate survey data for projects.

You will work with architects and engineers, perform boundary and topographical surveys, and maintain thorough records while traveling to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional surveying qualification or licensure as required by Malaysian regulatory bodies (such as membership with Board of Surveyors Malaysia).
• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in land surveying and construction surveying.
• Proficiency in surveying software and tools, including total stations, GPS/GNSS technology, and CAD applications.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian land and property laws, building regulations, and surveying standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technology to establish precise measurements and site data.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and technical drawings that accurately represent site conditions and project requirements.
• Perform boundary surveys and establish property lines in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and verify construction progress against approved plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Identify potential site constraints, hazards, and irregularities that may impact project execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to provide surveying expertise and resolve site-related challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of all survey data, measurements, and documentation for project files and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct topographical surveys to assess terrain and ground conditions for infrastructure development.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior survey staff as required.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and assessments of land and structures, ensuring that all projects meet regulatory requirements and are executed to the highest standards. What we’re looking for
