Job summary

Nakano Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Surveyor to perform surveying, setting-out and levelling for construction projects. You will verify RLs, site levels and coordinates, ensuring accuracy per drawings and requirements.

The role requires at least a Diploma in Surveying or related fields with 4+ years of land/site surveying experience. The position involves nationwide site work, with accommodation provided for outstation staff where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Surveying or related field.
• At least 4 years of land/site surveying experience.
• Familiar with land surveying and construction setting-out works.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site surveying, setting-out and levelling works for construction projects.
• Check reduced levels (RL) for structural, architectural, M&E and external works.
• Check and verify site levels, dimensions, coordinates and setting-out points.
• Ensure surveying works are accurate and completed according to project requirements.
• Maintain and ensure proper condition of all surveying equipment at site.
• Check construction drawings and revisions related to surveying works.
• Assist the project team in site inspections and coordinate surveying with site personnel.
