Job summary

TOPOINT BUILDER SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated site professional in Selangor to oversee project sites and ensure smooth daily operations. You will coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors and Authorities to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has a professional certificate or diploma, at least 2 years in the field, and strong communication skills. The role requires the ability to work independently, under pressure, and willingness to travel to various

Qualifications

• Professional certificate or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 2 years of related field experience.
• Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve site issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site issues with Client, Consultant, Sub-contractor & Authorities.
• Daily management of site work; monitor and supervise site progress.
• Prepare daily site reports, site measurements and other related tasks.
• Attend meetings with relevant parties.

Qualifications & experience

At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in a relevant discipline.
