Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable M&E Supervisor to oversee daily electrical and mechanical installation works, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs and project requirements.

You will coordinate site crews, subcontractors and materials, supervise testing and commissioning, monitor progress to meet schedule, uphold safety standards and liaise with clients and authorities. Willingness to relocate to project sites outside Melaka is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee and supervise M&E installation works to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect and oversee electrical installations, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities per ST regulations.
• Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed within the scheduled timeline and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, electrical safety procedures, and company policies.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and relevant authorities regarding project matters.
