Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure work progresses neatly, safely and to spec, inspect workmanship, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a certificate in Electrical or PW3/PW4 is required or a relevant field. Basic knowledge of civil, electrical and drawing is expected, with good technical troubleshooting skills.

• Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site progress and supervision of work.
• Liaise with client and subcontractors on daily tasks.
• Prepare daily site inspection and progress reports.
• Ensure completion within budget, time, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain safe, healthy work environment per health & safety guidelines.
• Conduct testing and commissioning upon project completion.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.

• To ensure site progress are done neatly, correctly and safely as per approved shop drawing and specification.
• To ensure material received are in correct quantity, as per specification and good physical condition.
• Liaison with client and sub-con on daily work.
• To carry out daily site inspection and supervision of work.
• Preparation of work progress report
• To ensure completion of project within budgeted cost, allowable time and quality.
• To ensure a safe, secure and healthy work environment under health & safety guideline.
• To conduct testing and commissioning upon completion of project.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Electrical or PW3/PW4 or any relevant field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Civil, Electrical and Drawing
• Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga will be advantages
• Familiar with site working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
